1. Scope of Work

This offer includes the following deliverables as part of the Effortless Launch Kit package for a total price of £1,600 (Pay in Full):

• 1 x Magnetizing Sales Page: A customized, high-converting sales page designed to attract your target audience.
• 4 x Email Sales Sequence: A sequence of four persuasive emails tailored to your product/service launch.
• 20 x Instagram Grid Posts: Engaging social media content designed to enhance your brand’s presence on Instagram.
• 2 x Sales Arcs for Stories: Story sequences to be used on Instagram or Facebook to boost sales engagement.
• 1 x 60-Minute Strategy Call: A one-on-one call to align on strategy, goals, and project requirements.

2. Payment Terms

• The total price for the Effortless Launch Kit is £1,600, due in full (Pay in Full) upon acceptance of this offer.
• Payments must be made via credit card
• All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the payment is made.

3. No Refund Policy Due to the custom and digital nature of the Effortless Launch Kit, all sales are final. Once payment is received, no refunds or cancellations will be granted. The client acknowledges that they have reviewed the deliverables included and agree to proceed with full awareness of the no-refund policy.

4. Project Timeline

• Upon receipt of full payment, the project will commence. The estimated timeline for completion of all deliverables is 4-6 weeks, subject to timely client feedback and approval.
• Delays in providing required information or approvals may result in extensions of the project timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.
• The client acknowledges that delays in providing the requested materials or feedback may affect the delivery schedule and will not be grounds for a refund.

6. Revisions

• The Effortless Launch Kit includes up to two rounds of revisions for each deliverable (e.g., sales page, email sequence, social media posts).
• Additional revisions beyond those included may be subject to extra charges, which will be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All custom content created as part of this project, including the sales page, email sequence, social media posts, and strategy materials, will be the property of The Social Slayer until full payment is received.
• Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Social Slayer will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the Effortless Launch Kit. However, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, client data, and any other sensitive information.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your jurisdiction].

11. Acceptance

• By proceeding with payment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
